BVOH wants to make sure that you and your family members have access to the best possible medical care available. You can choose from four different medical plans, with two different carriers, all offering great coverage.

 

All full-time employees working at least 30 hours weekly are eligible for medical coverage, as are their eligible dependents including:

  • Spouse

  • State-Registered Domestic Partner

  • Child(ren) until age 26

  • Child(ren) of Domestic Partner

Dental

 

We continue this year with MetLife as our dental care insurance provider. MetLife’s nationwide network of dentists provides you and your family members the flexibility to choose any dentist that you wish to use, with different reimbursement rates for in-network dentists.

All full-time employees working at least 30 hours weekly are eligible for dental coverage, as are their eligible dependents including:

  • Spouse

  • State-Registered Domestic Partner

  • Child(ren) until age 26

  • Child(ren) of Domestic Partner

Vision

Just as with medical and dental care, we continue to offer the premier vision care plan, VSP, as our insurance provider through MetLife. VSP has the largest network of vision care providers in the U.S. which gives you and your family members the flexibility to choose any provider that you wish to use.

All full-time employees working at least 30 hours weekly are eligible for vision coverage, as are their eligible dependents including:

  • State-Registered Domestic Partner

  • Child(ren) until age 26

  • Child(ren) of Domestic Partner
